• Blue Cross Blue Shield: Traditional, PPO Trust, Blue Preferred Plus (BPP)
• McLaren Health Plan

Contracting is in process with the following:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield: BCN Commercial
• Cigna
• Meridian Health Plan of Michigan
• UnitedHealthcare
• UnitedHealthcare Community Plan
• Molina

I have not yet been able to contract with the following companies.  Please contact me if you have one of these insurance plans and you are interested in my services.  I have found in the past that insurance companies can make exceptions based on the needs of the community.

• Aetna – not currently contracting with individual therapists.
• Tricare East – their panel is currently closed to Speech Language Pathologists.
• HAP– their panel is currently closed to Speech Language Pathologists.
